Lakeview House with Pool and Jacuzzi

Located in Baveno, this holiday home features a terrace. The unit is 36 km from Lugano. Free WiFi is provided and free private parking is available on site. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are offered in this self-catering accommodation.

The house is truly spacious, even for 8 people, with a large, livable kitchen. It also offers a private garden with a stunning view of the lake, which is very spacious. Additionally, the house features 3 patios and 1 balcony. The highlights of this home are its breathtaking lake view, its location next to the woods, and the tranquility that immerses you in a relaxing atmosphere. Once you are at the house, you will feel like you are on vacation, surrounded by nature and a spectacular view of the lake and the Alps. Privacy is guaranteed as the house and garden are fenced and shielded from external views.

The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The only shared amenity is the pool; all other amenities visible in the photos are private property. The garden, terrace, and balcony are exclusively for our guests. Even though the pool is shared, it is very peaceful, as most of the houses in the residence are unoccupied.

Guests can access all parts of the apartment: the ground floor, the first floor, and the second floor, as well as the swimming pool area. The apartment is not recommended for those with a wheelchair. It will be my pleasure to be available for any eventuality.

The apartment is located just above Baveno. It’s possible to reach the center of Baveno on foot in a 10-minute walk. We advise guests to use a car if they need to carry shopping bags. From the back of the residence, a path through the woods leads to the Mottarone mountain.

If you are driving from Milan, take the highway towards “Gravellona Toce” and exit at Baveno. It is possible to book professional massages at home. Upon arrival, you will find basic courtesy amenities such as toilet paper, but you will need to provide more once it runs out.

Toilet paper, kitchen paper, detergents for clothing and dishes, shower detergent, etc., must be provided by guests. Swimming pool towels are not included, and sun umbrellas are not available at the pool. The swimming pool is open from the first week of June until the 15th of September. In the swimming pool area, you will find chairs.
