We designed this apartment to feel like a stylish, calm retreat, nestled in peaceful greenery 🌿 for a truly quiet escape. Perfect for couples or groups of up to four.
What truly makes this place special, and what we fell in love with, is the incredible panoramic view ✨ from the large private terrace, accessible directly from the living room. We believe it's one of the best spots to experience Lake Maggiore.
Imagine starting your day with an espresso ☕ here or winding down with an aperitivo 🥂 as the sun sets behind the mountains – pure magic! And for cozy evenings in, enjoy movie nights on our 100" cinema projector! 🍿
The apartment is spread across two floors for added space and privacy. The ground floor welcomes you with the living area (including a comfy sofa bed), the fully-equipped kitchen, and a convenient guest bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom, the main bathroom (complete with a premium SMEG washer/dryer machine), and a second balcony accessible from the bedroom, perfect for a quiet moment overlooking the lake and mountains.
You'll find bright, stylish spaces throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals or elaborate dinners (including a dishwasher! 🙌). Both bathrooms (one on each floor) have all the essentials.
The Lakeside Harmonies residence offers a large shared pool 🏊♀️ (open from 1/6 to 30/9) for cooling off and secure private indoor parking 🚗.
The residence is ideally located 📍, just minutes from the charming towns of Baveno, Stresa, and Verbania. This makes it the perfect base to explore this stunning region, especially the wonderful Borromean Islands (only a few minutes away). Plus, top restaurants, vibrant bars, shops, and chic beach clubs 🏖️ are just a short drive away when you fancy dining out or enjoying the local scene 🍽️.
